When joining Hoxby individuals are required to complete an application form. This helps with assessing and onboarding new individuals into the community, and setting them up operationally.
How will Hoxby use the personal data collected about me?
Hoxby will process (collect, store and use) the information you provide in line with the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation, enforced under the Data Protection Act 2018. We will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date, secure and not keep it for longer than is necessary. Hoxby is required to keep certain information in accordance with the law and various industry practises for a certain period of time.
Sharing your information
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. However, we will share your data with the following categories of companies as an essential part of being able to provide our service to associates once they become a part of the community.
- Companies that help run our business; payment service providers and application platforms
- Credit reference agencies, law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies, so we can help tackle fraud

You will be able to manage your application data once registered. If you have provided consent, we will send you updates by email to keep you aware of what we’re up to.
